You will then recieve the “item” as a reward that unlocks the achievement.
Find in Forgotten Path where a wanderer was last seen scurrying off with one.
On the southwest side of the map, below The Forgotten Path Mastery Point.
In Heitor's Domain, near a circular door.
On the north side of the map, near the Heitor’s Maw PoI - [&BFwOAAA=]
Find in the Bleeding Wastes, hanging on some rocks.
On the northeast side of the map, above The Riot PoI -[&BFoOAAA=]
Purge Lyhr of Kryptis corruption in Skywatch Archipelago.
Participate and complete the Skywatch Archipelago meta event
Assist the Astral Ward with Mosaic Wrath in Amnytas.
Partcipate and complete the Amnytas meta event
Defeat Ignaxious in Inner Nayos.
Complete the Inner Nayos meta event
Return to Frode at Wizard's Respite in the Wizard's Tower [&BNcNAAA=]
Congratulations, you now have the Wurm Enrichment!

Once you have completed Frode’s Journal achievement and received your first Enrichment, you can buy additional ones from Laurel Merchants for Laurels and Clot of Congealed Screams - the map currency from Inner Nayos
